As part of the root of Our Cultural Core and relentless dedication to safety, we perpetuate a vigilant performance of Zero Accidents as a Corporate Policy. We hold Our Corporate Leaders, Suppliers, Partners, and Associates accountable for the implementation and management of our Zero Accident Program, which is the driver for Our Corporate Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS) Approach to Safety Management. Subcontractors and other Site Guests are also held accountable for the implementation and management of Our Zero Accident Program.

Leadership Involvement and Employee Engagement
JD & Associates, LLC continues to hold Our Corporate Leaders, Suppliers, Partners, and Associates accountable for the implementation and management of Safety through Our Corporate Policy of Zero-Accidents. This is obtained utilizing a Corporate Safety Management Tool and Practice known as Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS). With the implementation and use of Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS), Our Corporate Planning Personnel will Define Scope of Work, Analyze the Hazards, Develop And Implement Hazard Controls, Perform Work With Controls, Provide Feedback And Continuous Project Improvement.

Though vigilant and persistent in Our Relentless Dedication to a Corporate Policy of Zero Accident Tolerance, the risk for the occurrence of accidents is an ever-present reality, even amongst the Best of Corporate Vigilance and Dedication to Risk Control and Risk Management Practices. Should the unexpected occur, other unexpected events, near misses, and accidents unanticipated events will be Reported Expeditiously, Investigated Promptly, Root-Cause Analysis Conducted, and Findings Communicated Precisely and Effectively to Identify and Eliminate the unanticipated Change Condition(s) which initially caused the event from recurring.
