Our Corporate Leaders have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how Risk Exposures from radiation and other chemical and particulates, dusts, smokes, mists, vapors, gasses, fumes, as well as other Occupational Hazards, impact Human Health and the Environment.  From the initial inception and envision of the task to its completion, all Occupational Exposures will be kept as a Corporate Policy below Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL’s) established by the Occupational Safety And Health Administration (OSHA) Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL’s), and the Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL’s) established by the American Conference Of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) Threshold Limit Values (TLV’s).  All matters of Nuclear, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Health & Safety Issues are managed and controlled utilizing a Corporate Safety Management Tool and Practice known as Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS).  With the implementation and use of Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS), Our Corporate planning personnel will Define Scope of Work, Analyze the Hazards, Develop And Implement Hazard Controls, Perform Work With Controls, Provide Feedback And Continuous Project Improvement. 
    
Should the unexpected occur, near misses and other unanticipated events involving Nuclear, Industrial Hygiene, EHS, and Risk Consulting / Risk Assessment matters will be Reported Expeditiously, Investigated Promptly, Root-Cause Analysis Conducted, and Findings Communicated Precisely and Effectively to Identify and Eliminate the unanticipated change condition(s) which initially caused the event, from recurring.
